本公司因业务发展需要，诚聘客服专员一名，要求：

1. 女性，22岁以上，专科及以上学历，英语四级以上，户籍不限
2. 普通话标准，有一年以上前台，客服，售后，或电话销售经历
3. 能够熟练使用Word, Excel, 和PowerPoint等办公软件
4. 有汽车行业售前售后服务经历：如4s店前台，销售接待，售后接待等优先考虑
5. 有呼叫中心工作经历者优先考虑

工作内容：

6. 完成客户预约，登记工作
7. 对客户推广公司服务，介绍公司业务流程，解答各种客户疑问，并对客户进行回访
8. 帮助公司整理日常文件，协助公司建立各类流程管理程序
9. 根据业务量需求，招聘并培训客服人员
10. 完成公司指定的其它工作任务
