职位描述：
Mission

· Process safety is key aspect of HSE Process and Solvay Way’s policy.
· Ensure the safety of the process is our key responsibility.
· Ensure the process safety review for any new projects and the existing facilities in China R&I center are red line defined in Solvay management book .

Vacancy description

· The chemical pilots and facilities in China R&I center with the risk of process safety well controlled in order to achieve sustainable development.
· Lead Hazop meeting of the new projects and risk assessment of other chemical related risks.
· Manage MOC and PSSR and action follow-up for all the current pilots and new projects.
· Work with chemists to conduct comprehensive safety review of new experiments.
· New and expansion projects are designed and built with the process safety standard in line with the Corporate requirement and local regulation requirements to achieve the business growth.
· Modification of the existing facilities will not introduce the additional uncontrolled risks to meet the different needs of the customers for our products.
· Safety guards physically in place and effective to ensure the process safety.
· The sites report correctly the process accidents.
· Enhance the process safety awareness for all employees in China R&I center.

Profile
· Bachelor degree or above.
· Chemical engineering or Industrial Engineering background, R&I background is a plus.
· 5-8 years’ rich experiences of chemical process or process safety.
· Familiar with chemical dangers.
· Excellent consultancy and teaching experiences.
· Willing to spend most of his/her time in the labs.
· Able to challenge and motivate people at all levels of the organization.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong customer orientation.
· Good command of spoken & written English. 举报 分享
