职位描述
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Autonomous handling/management of the assigned projects.
2. Attend to the assigned part project from the reception of the order to the final inspection of the customer.
3. Scheduling of the tasks and the time frame given according to the specification and other rules given by the customer.
4. Take over tasks of a launch manager, if necessary (on a temporary basis).
5. Resume the responsibility for costs for the assigned projects.
6. Search and charge suitable sub-contractors.
7. Identify interfering influences during the project and inform the project team on a regularly basis.
8. Obtain and transfer information or data relevant for the projects.
9. Compile data and prepare documentation of the projects and its processes for the assigned part of the projects.
10. Attend administrative tasks.
11. Budget controlling to the related departments.
12. Prepare relevant project reporting based on TKSE rules.
13. Monitoring all relevant projects by cost and time efficiency.
14. Coordinate quotations together with Sales Department and administrate calculation procedure.
15. Support sales activities on technical and financial base.
16. Prepare travel overseas for training and project meetings if need.
