职位描述
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Work with the HR business partners and line managers to understand the business requirement on recruitment.
2. Proactively seeking candidate's feedback and track the hiring progress
3. Take lead in the end to end hiring process and share proper advice and solution
4. Select the suitable channel and post the positions to the internal and external channels
5. Source the appropriate candidates for line manager's interview. Make and coordinate the overall interview arrangement
6. Make the offer proposal and offer letter after identifying the final candidates
7. Prepare on boarding documents and coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure new employee on boarding process be conducted smoothly.
8. Maintain recruitment tracking list and provide recruiting information for KPI tracking.
9. Provide consultancy to the line managers throughout the overall recruitment process
10. Enhance employer branding throughout the overall recruitment process
11. Training arrangement and coordination
12. Develop training map/framework to meet business and people development
13. Organize training programs, control quality and follow up
14. Provide support for designated division on learning & development issues
15. Optimize & manage the training resources.
16. Take an active role in measuring effectiveness of learning activities and process by providing analysis and statistics.
17. Make effective use and development of learning related tools, as well as ensure high quality data input and output.
