Detail Job Description (具体工作职责):
Prepare the import documents、track the customs clearance, ensure the produce can get the raw material on time
进口单证准备、安排清关，确保生产及时得到原材料
Export: book the shipping space、prepare the documents、coordinate with the sales to confirm the PO、coordinate the produce department to prepare the physical goods、coordinate the customs clearance、arrange the transport truck
出口订舱、准备单证、协调销售部门确定订单、协调生产准备货物、协调清关、运输等事宜
Chemical certification management, CIQ working and update annually (including DG and normal goods)
化学品许可证管理、办理（包括普通化学品和危险化学品运输条件签定和危包证）
Domestics deliver control
国外运输监督（海运、空运）安排
Supervise warehouse management
监督仓储管理
Manage products packaging and optimise packages
物流费用登记、通过优化流程和优化供应商组合来节省以及控制物流费用
Warehouse management, stock taking periodical, ensure the physical same with account and card and adjust the stock location to optimize the utilize of warehouse
优化仓储，，组织定期盘库，确保实物、卡、帐一致
Monthly、quarterly、annually KPI report. (OTD monthly、logistics cost quarterly、Objective annually)
每月、每季、每年定期KPI报告（每月OTD、每季物流费用、每年Objective Review）
Set up "Objective" of my subordinates, review, half bonus evaluation, workers monthly bonus
每年下属Objective制定，Review，半年奖金考评，操作工月奖金考评
E-hand book system verification and daily control
加工贸易电子帐册核销以及日常监管
Supervise the well maintenance of Customs systems as well as organize relationship with Customs and CIQ bureau、and IMI bureau...to accumulate the good reputation for company
维护海关系统，并且与商检、化工研究院等政府部部门保持良好关系
Qualifications & Requirement(资历要求 ):
University Degree or above
本科或以上学历
Has the experience in Wai Gaoqiao Free Trade Zone
有外高桥保税区工作经验
Familiar with ISO standard

good English on writing and reading
