职位描述：
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
Participate in research of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
Responsible for the design and implementation of models / strategies / algorithms for the applications, including but not limited to predictive analysis, intelligent chat system, etc.
Take tasks in the full product development life cycle – from requirement comprehension, design, coding, to testing and correction.
Communicate and collaborate with global product management and development team around the world to deliver the innovations in time and quality.
 
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirement:
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related
Strong knowledge and working experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing or Artificial Intelligence
Rich experience in analysis and design of data processing, data model building, algorithm optimization and validation.
Proficient in Java and Python development
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Familiar with at least one commercial DBMS with solid SQL skills
 
Language Skill:
Fluent English (written & oral) and communication skills.

薪酬福利：

1、 饭贴：15元/天。

2、 节日礼金、生日礼券等。

3、 休假：依照国家相关政策规定。

4、 工作时间： 9：00~17：30（前后弹性半小时）

5、 年终进行绩效考评，根据考评结果发放年终奖及调薪。
