职位描述
The Partner/Managing Director/Senior Consultant is a member of the management team in our family. He/she should have the capability of working as a team leader or in some situation as sole proprietorship.
This position will be responsible for BD, client management, candidate interview/telephone interview, candidate report producing, reference check and successful candidate follow-up.
The profile nature of the role demands excellent communication skills and good sense of matching right candidate to appointed position, combined with creative problem solving and the confidence to interact with people from different background. Diligence, perseverance, and necessary energy to meet target is also required.
And it is a high commission based job without base pay.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work closely with team or solely to close the case.
? Actively look for business opportunity and bring revenue to the company.
? Updating company database with qualified CV from potential candidate.
? Interview and Tele Interview candidates.
? Write candidate report.
? Reference check for successful candidates
? Candidate follow-up
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING
? Capable of communicating with people from different background.
? Experience of working across different job function from various industry sectors.
? Ability to efficiently manage team and self.
? Ability to use resources to meet multiple/competing demands.
? Excellent problem and conflict solving abilities.
? Ability to quickly assess problems and take necessary actions / make appropriate decisions for effective resolution, including but not limit to enquiring people from their own network.
? Proven ability to remain poised under pressure and strong attention to detail.
? Strong flexibility and adaptability under adverse conditions.
? Logical approach to problem solving.
? Demonstrated high levels of integrity
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or above from a recognized institution in a related field.
? over 8 years work experience
? Good interpersonal skill
? Good English
? Previous headhunter experience is a plus
? Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-level, project based environment with emphasis on timelines and delivery.
