Human Resource Director

Essential job functions:

1.Provide HR leadership to China and develop people and the organizational strategies tied to corporate goals.

2.Proactively identify labor trends and provide insightful guidance on strategic direction in China. Identify the needs for organizational development to include change management, teamwork, business acumen, and work with HR partners to fill those needs.

3.Drive an effective communications strategy within the organization.

4.Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues as appropriate.

5.Coach managers on subjects such as performance management, career planning, and succession planning.

6.Participate in developing a culture of customer service, quality and innovation. Foster a diverse and fully engaged workforce.

7.Ensure alignment from corporate to division, to plans, to practices, and to individual performance. Responsible for compliance with corporate programs ranging from diversity to performance management to succession planning.

1.Strong HR technician. Deep knowledge of employee relations, labor trends and compensation trends in China.

K12 Academic Research Director

Job Description:

1.Take all responsibilities of being a supervisor of teachers or academic team

2.Work closely with the academic team to understand the key requirements of Shanghai Primary & Secondary School Curriculum (Grade 1-9), and lead the team to design and implement kindergarten to junior& Middle school curriculum, which integrates the essence of Shanghai Curriculum and UK or US curriculum.

3.Be a headmaster with performance development of academic staff

4.Monitor schemes of work, academic vendor and analysis of data to ensure that high standards of learning and teaching are developed and maintained.

Selection Criteria:

1.PHD Degree and Qualified Teacher Status

2.Successful teaching and management experience in a UK Junior School or Middle School.

3.Experience of curriculum design and implementation

5.First-hand experience of working with Chinese students, teachers and parents are preferred.

6.Familiarity with the international programmes such as IPC and IB PYP is desirable.

CACS Project Director

Job Description:

1.Provide management and support marketing to Enreach CACS BU, including but not limited to:

*managing and developing efforts to cultivate and effect generous growth of the programs in the community including the B2B school market;

*Driving sales and marketings to meet program growth targets through recruitment of students and meeting sales and admissions targets (Shanghai target 150 students for 2017);

2.To play a key role and manage Enreach CACS team:

*Supervising the CACS college counselor team and liaising with stakeholders to maintain the ethics and quality control of programs, by monitoring counselors daily work, training counselors and making sure further growth opportunities are explored;

*Overseeing the operations of the entire CACS program, lead team providing a systematic experience for students which is tailored to individual needs.

*Recruiting and on boarding new counselors and making recommendations on strategic workforce planning, creating efficiencies in staffing and creating a profitable staffing structure.

3.To act as ‘front of house’ for walk-in or call-in clients to Enreach CACS and both internally and cros the students where necessary:

*Marketing events in commercial and non-commercial settings (e.g. @ many of China's best public high schools)

*Connecting with partner programs worldwide (e.g. NADA, ETA,CIEE)

*Liaising with key partner universities, schools, and alumni clubs

*Designing content to improve on CACS's existing curriculum (e.g. communication skills workshops)

岗位描述:

负责英锐旗下凯斯品牌的升学指导任务,进行学生与家长关系管理和客户服务,保证学生的升学质量。

岗位职责:

1.研究美国大学/高中教育体系和教育制度,熟悉海外大学申请程序和要求;对具体学校的专业信息、大学排名、入学要求与申请程序等进行深入学习和了解,掌握与海外留学业务有关的各种知识,尤其是美国的寄宿学校、美国顶尖大学的申请知识

2.以小型讲座、一对一辅导、小组活动、家长会等形式,让学生以及家长充分认识美国的教育情况以及大学的体系

3.通过各种形式对班级的学生各方面的情况进行了解,以更好的为他们制定美国留学申请计划

4.通过让学生了解大学申请文书的写作目的,从而更好的指导学生完成大学申请文书的写作及申请表的填写
