Subtasks Detailed description of the activity
Leadership - Motivation of employees: able to convince, federate, make people work in teams,
attract people, bring ideas
- Creates the strategic vision, goals and strategy: able to bring innovation
Management tasks - Strategy development and monitoring the implementation process
- Strategic development of the Service & After Sales department
- Development of customer relationship strategies in collaboration with relevant
internal departments and GEA sister companies
- Responsible for performance management in order to control the support to ensure
and guarantee the specified quality and performance goals
- Professional and disciplinary management of the Service & After Sales department
- Creation and realization of the AFS Action plan
Sales - Active acquisition
- Negotiating and sale of GEA products
- Creation of offers, quotations and contracts
- Setting (financial) conditions in a given budget
- Development of Sales Tools
Customer Service - Development of customized service solutions
- Advising clients on replacement/renewal of existing technical systems incl.
technical clarification
- Claims management
- Develops necessary tools to improve customers' performance
- Knows and brings references, tools, concepts of services (e.g. TPM, Sales Tools)
Commercial

- Development and implementation of frameworks for service/spares contracts
- Preparing decision making templates, benchmarks and service business plans
