Job description
Program Lead (APAC)
You will participate in managing onsite and offshore functional teams to deliver amazing online projects for our clients. You will interact with clients directly for their various interest and present project deliveries meeting with client’s expectation. We are looking for a person who is passionate, responsible and dynamic, and wants to be a strong leader of an experienced program that is both technologically advanced and efficient.
Your Principal Tasks Are
? Global Program management and status update report
? Stakeholder and multivendor communication - Single Point of Contact and first level of escalation
? Team staffing and coordination (onsite and offshore) and leadership. Develop team to be qualified to meet client’s need.
? Program management such as team member hiring, project intake and planning, risk and cost control, quality and resources management.
? Responsible for understanding client’s brief and assign tasks for team.
? Provide reports to client and senior management.
? Basic technical support/understanding
? Limited business travels to visit our APAC clients' offices.
? Work onsite in client's office (Fortune 500)
Requirements
? Minimum of a Bachelors degree;
? At least 10 years relevant working experience of China/APAC market, working for IT / Internet / advertising companies.
? At least 5 years relevant working experience as global or regional program lead/manager and team leader/manager.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Good English both in Written and Spoken.
? Experience of China BAT (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent) product integration, including SEO, payment and social integration, is a preferred
? Experience of China CDN integration is preferred
? Excellent in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
? SCRUM, PMP certification is preferred.
? Nice to speak Japanese and/or Korean languages.
