Job Responsibility
1. Customer order follow up ensure order can be proceed on time;
2. Dealing with customer complaint enable customer can get the quick response and solution;
3. Improve the outbound order process time ensure customer can receive the right product at right time.
4. Support other administration work for team
University, prefer major in trading or logistics, better has some customer service experience.
Familiar with Micro office including excel and word;
English request oral and writing/reading influence, CET4-6;
