Department management
Daily management of Plastic department engineers (2 mould engineers & 2 project managers)
Set up department standard and procedure and is responsible to ensure respect to procedure for new project management.
Follow supplier cooperation and performance and work on continuously improvement.
Support and monitor communication between customers and plastic department engineers to maintain good relationship.
Review and approve RFQ from Plastic department engineer before issuing to customer.
Project execution follow-up
Co-ordinate and supervize project accomplishment ensuring quality, leadtime,cost and customer satisfaction objectives are completly met
Organize project follow up meeting to ensure projects milestones are respected and progress reported to project manager and customer.
Others department cross-functional cooperation
Builds relationships with other departments and ensure good cross-department cooperation and smoothen cooperation between department.
Provides support to technical problems solving workgroup.
Provide support to achieve timely customer crisis resolution.
Support sourcing department for new supplier evaluation
Continuous improvement
Constantly audit production situations, identify, propose and follow improvement plans.
Provide leadership in the continuous improvement of tooling and processes to enhance company profitability,
Education & Background
Bachelor or higher degree
Minimum 10 years in similar position
Familiar with plastic industry and mould design
Fluent in english
