Objectives:To be the function of internal controlling & coordinator throughout Saint-Gobain Gypsum China financial & business operating

Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the internal controlling in Gyproc China opearting
Ensure all financial operating compliance aligned to SG policies, doctrine, and procedure, etc..
The controlling refers to the supervisory review of the internal control of financial records and procedures over the business operating
Report the risk and contingency from the operating activity
Job Description

Cooperate with SSC to set up and implement the internal control policies
Review all financial documents before sent to SSC for processing, payment request, accounting, and all recurring supporting of accrual/provision a/c
Coordinate the operating between SSC financial operating and Gyproc China business requirement
Perform the regular review on all financial a/c to report the movement in business reason
Work with financial planning / analysis team to execute the action plan in the business operation
Report the weekly working capital, monthly overhead, SIF, and 6-pack
Supervise the action plan which has presented in management decision through all related functional department
Disclose the risk in balance sheet along with the proposal of proper action plan
Support FD and SSC manager to streamline the financial operation
Competency Required
At least 3 years accounting experience in multinational company
Good communication skill
Proactive attitude
