职位描述
1、高层管理职位，协助制定公司发展战略，负责其功能领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略，对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响；
2、负责策划公司市场工作目标和营销方案；全面负责本团旗下的三个品牌演出团体营销工作；
3、负责开拓市场业务，进行相关的宣传推广，包括管理以及进度的推进，建立公司的市场运作体制；
4、分析和预测销售市场、把握市场趋势，为决策提供准确的相关信息，开拓和发展销售市场；
5、规划和管理市场活动的预算，合理有效、最大限度地使用预算执行广告和市场活动。

任职资格
1、市场营销管理类或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、具备很强的策划能力，熟悉各类媒体运作方式，有大型市场活动推广成功经验；
3、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
4、具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验。
5、年龄30岁以上，热爱艺术事业。

团介
绛州鼓乐，是人类共同拥有的世界级非物质文化遗产，有着五千年辉煌的历史。
上海东绛州鼓乐团前身可追溯至1998年，正式被上海市政府批准成立于2006年，填补了上海鼓乐团的空白。鼓，诞生于中国，是人类最早成熟的艺术形式，我团成立的目的是向世界展示人类最古老艺术的魅力、丰富世界舞台艺术，“以创新再造传统”的思想推动中国鼓艺发展。
本团集聚了全国顶级的男女鼓手，现就职的专业鼓手六十余名。曾在“全国青少年精英大赛”中获金奖、上海“金玉兰花奖”音乐大赛中获“最高奖”、在香港举行的“金荆紫花”红色经典音乐大赛中获“金奖”、在新加坡国际青少年艺术大赛中获“胡姬花大奖”、在韩国首尔举行的“首尔杯”国际音乐比赛中获“编导大金奖”等，在国内外享有极大盛誉，是中国规模最大、队伍最整齐、最具幸福感和表现力、创造力的鼓乐团。
上海东绛州鼓乐团，曾在上海之春国际音乐节、国际音乐嘉年华、上海国际艺术节、哈尔滨冰雪节以及世界五百强在华企业的国内外重大事件中的卓越演出，并参与拍摄电影《寻龙夺宝》、《鸿门宴》以及在电影《三国志》、《十月围城》的首映礼等重大文化事件中的演出，稳固了上海东绛州鼓乐团在海派文化中的地位。尤其是在2010年演出200余场，英、日、意、智利、新加坡、法国、缅甸、保加利亚、气象馆、世界组织贸易馆、上海企业联合馆及各省场馆等。
我们曾于2008年在英国爱丁堡艺术节上大放异彩，2009年赴台湾演出80场，赴新加坡、韩国、香港、马来西亚等，所到之处皆鼓舞气场，喝彩不断。
更值得世界舞台骄傲的是，2008年我团首创了激光水晶水鼓，2010年我团世界首创了青花瓷鼓，该作品刚一完工，就出演了2011年4月8日上海迪斯尼开工典礼、常州动漫嬉戏谷开幕盛典、央视举办的2011年嘉兴端午民俗文化节等国际性重大事件。
我们用不可超越的创新精神，引领了和颠覆着鼓乐甚至传统艺术的经典与风潮，上海东绛州鼓乐团在形成新一轮自身发展的同时，也为中国其他民族民间艺术的发展探索着一条崭新的发展之路。

Shanghai Jiangzhou Drum Company was formally renamed in 1998 at the base of the human earliest drum about 5000 years ago. The Shanghai Drum won the Gold Medal of the Best Classical Drum Works of the 20th Century in China, which helped establish the Shanghai Drum’s predominant position in drum circle all of the world.
Furthermore, the Shanghai Drum has created and staged folk-styled drum the World First Grand Original Unvarnished Drum Drama Farewell, my Concubine, World First Grand Culture Epic Drum's Five Thousand Years of up and down. Besides, the repertoire of the company includes Mountain Fellows, Waist Drums, Hilarious Dragons and Tigers, Greeting Guests, Mouse’s Wedding, Boatmen on the Yellow River, Cattle Defies Tiger, Harvesting and Shining Walnut, Drum Soul and modern piece Blue-ray Water drum, Shanghai Concerto, Chinese Dragon, Laser crystal water drum, Japan Ghost Taiko, STOMP. Meanwhile, the Shanghai Drum has performed Classical Drum Directing Military in Oriental History, Ancient Female Warriors of China , Kuan Kung Waving Machetes, etc.
Jiangzhou Drum has admitted as World Intangible Culture Heritages by UNESCO and recorded into the date-base of Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. It is the most complex drum music in the world. Since its founding, the Shanghai Drum have won total of 15 medals in various international arts competitions. A team of current principal drummers such as Xiaopeng LI, Yunpeng SU, Nar QUAN, Yinhong ZHU are becoming mature in art and brilliant on stage, with rising drummers such as Qiang HAN, Ruixiang QUAN, Xiafei ZHANG growing to be the main stake of the new generation.
The Shanghai Drum is active in cooperation and cultural exchange with the artists and companies both abroad and at home. The company not only tours nationwide but also has visited many countries and regions, including Japan, Korea, France, Canada, the U.S.A., Indonesia, New Zealand, Spain, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, etc. All audience were overwhelmed with admiration.
As the pioneer of China drum, the Shanghai Drum would be a world-class drum company soon.
