职位描述：
1. Double check all AP vouchers, including trade invoices and non-trade invoices to make sure the payment procedure is in line with company’s policy. Reconcile trade payable account with IC parties and prepare IC overseas payments.
2. Review for sufficient invoices / receipts and if there is any cash advance for staff claims. Ensure all payments paid are according to company policy. Help Accountant/Assistant Accountant solve the problem if necessary. Monitor each shop opening petty cash/daily petty cash and staff’s cash advance application and settlement.
3. Double check all shops sales reconciliation. Monitor the sales discrepancy between the system and receipts with banks, also with landlord reconciliation statements.
4. Manage Fixed Assets including CAPEX summary, double check the deprecation and NBV data.
5. Maintain shipment master data including Duty, VAT and freight charges.
6. Maintain G/L including inventory, all accruals and others…etc.
7. Handle insurance purchase, some issues related with Logistic and other projects such as foreign loan. etc.
8. Prepare documents for VAT filing, income tax return, withholding tax application, and annual tax filing.
9. Perform stock take and prepare the stock discrepancy report.
10. Cooperative with auditors for annual and other audit.
11. Prepare the documents for bank account opening and POS machine application for new shops.
12. Maintain good relationship with external parties such as audit firm/Tax bureau, bank and others.
13. Perform ad hoc projects when necessary.


？ Bachelor degree holder in accounting/finance
？ 5 years relevant retail experience in the multinational Luxury companies
？ Down to earth, hands-on, responsible and detail oriented
？ Good command of English.
？ Minimum 3 years’ experience for SAP software.
？ Good communication skills and personality.
