职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、对会议组织策划提供建议，通过电话方式邀约赞助商；
2、会议现场跟进，对赞助商提供支持；
3、及时回复赞助商需求，解决赞助商疑虑；
4、参与每周的赞助商会议；
5、根据赞助商要求，协商拟定合同文本；
6、跟运营团队保持密切沟通并确保赞助项目的交付。
任职要求：
1、具备基本销售技巧和商务谈判能力，善于发掘客户需求；
2、熟悉合同与计划书的撰写；
3、良好的分析能力及应变能力，善于与高级经理人沟通；
4、勤奋好学，工作态度积极；
5、英语良好优先。
Sponsorship sales coordinator
Responsibilities:
1、Provide input in the development of the Conference Sponsorship Packages.
2、Sell Sponsorship Packages over the phone.
3、Support On-Site Execution of Sponsorships at Conferences.
4、Respond to Inbound Sponsorship Inquiries.
5、Attend Weekly Sponsorship Meetings.
6、Create Custom Sponsorship Contracts.
7、Liaise with Operations Team to Ensure All Sponsorship Deliverables are completed.

Required Skills and Experience:
1、Create and deliver custom contracts and proposals.
2、Effectively communicate the value proposition of event sponsorships.
3、Ability to close sales.
4、Advanced communication skills - i.e. quick to respond, distribute and follow up on high priority opportunities as well as the ability to communicate with senior executives.
5、Must be an Operational Seller - Willing to Walk the Conference Floor to Meet and Greet Existing and Potential Sponsors.
6、Energetic.

Hongjing brought training course for passing uniform CPA Examination in the U.S. and training course for other financial qualifications in 2009.
