招聘要求：
1、有丰富的淘宝平台和商城运营推广操作经验，熟悉店铺页面的更新，强烈的客户服务意识；
2、工作中可以独当一面，具良好的沟通技巧能力；
3、负责店铺商品推广、宣传、策划、营销等，策划各种主题活动；
4、熟悉淘宝活动，淘宝直通车、钻石展位、淘宝客等推广方式和其它的推广方式。
5、熟悉量子统计、数据魔方等分析工具，每日数据的监控：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理
6、熟悉淘宝的页面布局，淘宝的各类免费、付费活动。
7、如具备丰富的淘宝人脉关系及营运类人才资源优先录用；
8、了解淘宝类目搜索排名的基本情况。
9、有较强的逻辑思维和数据分析能力。
经常在淘宝购物者更佳。

1、为人诚信正直 二年以上淘宝网全职工作营销推广经验；对推广营销有着深刻的了解及研究.
2、熟悉电子商务平台（特别是淘宝网）运作流程与规则
3、熟悉网站推广及运营
4、热爱互联网，有敬业精神，善于沟通与协调，做事认真、细致，具有高度的责任心
