? Define the supply chain strategy and lead/drive the implementation for Accessories business that fulfills customer service expectation, cost drivers, and business priorities
? Define clear Finished Goods strategy, and manage/control global & regional inventory at desired level. Manage slow moving stock and minimize obsolesce cost. Manage the material value adjustment.
? Ensure the customer delivery reliability and securing reliable and responsive service in the most optimized integrated cost
? Optimize the supply capacity planning process in reliable & efficient manner
? Hand shake with commercial organizations on the short/mid/long term forecast
? Managing PIPO process with PMM and other functions, to ensure minimum obsolescence risk & cost
? Drive for improvement on cycle time reduction across the supply chain.
? Drive for continuous improvement in supply chain management, to support the strategic objectives of the business particularly in respect of Reliability, Responsiveness, Lead Time Reduction and Cost.
? Being responsible for supply chain planning and execution systems and processes. Define/formulate standard operation process on supply chain related and deploy/implement in the business
? As a large part of the Accessories portfolio is managed through outsourced manufacturing, it is expected that the SCM of Accessories, takes a leading and shaping role to manage the end-to-end operations in the category.
? Manage the Outsourced Supplier and develop supply chain capabilities of external preferred/partner suppliers (review, logistics agreement, capacity planning, improvement initiatives etc), in close colloabration with other functions e.g. Procurement, Operation, PMM, etc.
? Manage the Accessories SC team, ensuring the realization of training, performance management, motivation, recognition and succession planning etc. Develop the team competence to the business-required level. Coach SC Mgr. of LED Bulb.
? Ensures SC related internal business controls, fulfilling ICS reporting obligations and full participation and compliance with quality management systems (ISO). 举报 分享
