职位描述：

Responsibilities

1. Analyze end user RFQ and search/select/negotiate with suppliers

2. Place Purchasing Orders to suppliers to ensure on-time shipment to meet end user requirements

3. Handle supplier quality issue

4. JDE purchasing data maintenance

5. Monitor and improve supplier performance according to supplier performance matrix

6. Proactively communicate with end user to understand dynamic request and provide solution accordingly

7. Collect supplier invoices and related documents and submit to Finance for supplier payment, handle reconciliation on a timely basis

8. Work together with import team to collect shipping documents from supplier and support custom clearance issue

9. Responsible for implementation of Purchasing Control Policy, working instructions and guidelines and govern users to comply with that

10. Continue drive process improvement

General Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree

2. Integrity.

3. Problem solving skill

4. Influence/communication - establishes good relationships; drives change across functional

4. Minimum of 2-3 years’ related experience

5. Good team player with excellent communication and negotiation skill.

6. Good Microsoft Office skill.
