JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1.Inventory Replenishment for stocked SKUs
执行日常库存补货工作
2.Inventory Bin Location maintenance and updating
执行库位分配，调整和维护
3.Assistant Inventory Management, including Cycle count, FIFO checking, Inventory discrepancy investigation, analysis and adjustment
配合完成日常每日盘点，先进先出状态检查，库存差异分析和调整等库存管理相关工作
4.Assistant dealing with QC quarantine and RMA transfer requirement, WW stock-pull checking and intercompany recall issue, R&D and production Dept. movement application, etc.
配合完成产品召回，检验，退货处理等事项。协助处理研发生产等部门的移库需求
5.Non Conform Stock Control (excess, discontinues, obsolete, broken& damaged)
不合规控制，包括过期， 停产，破损产品的处理
6.Assistant other inventory related project, such as safety stock periodical review
协助完成其他库存项目， 如库存结构分析调整
7.Provide cross function supporting to warehouse team in peak season, including daily replenishment receiving. etc.
高峰期为仓库日常收发货及库存相关操作提供支持。
8.Other task assigned by supervisor
完成其他上级主管分配的任务

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.3 year college degree or above preferred
大专以上学历
2.Hand on experience on inventory control in manufacturing or trading company preferred
有库存管理相关经验优先
3.Industrious with work, and a sense of teamwork.
具有良好的工作责任心和团队工作精神
4.Be able to communicate in English
能用英语进行日常书面沟通
5.With good coordination skills and chariness.
良好的协调和适应能力
6.Be familiar with office software and computer operation. ERP system experience preferred
熟悉电脑和日常办公软件, 熟悉ERP软件优先
7.Be proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools
熟练使用EXCEL等分析报告工具
