职位描述：

3D arch visualization team managements and perspective rendering + concept animation rendering (most for urban design competition project)

Leadership development of 3d rendering quality, keep quality reach the good quality as international standard.

Communicate with design department staff and supervisor for design concept and details.

Coordinate the work schedule according to the ability of team members.

Management of multiple project with different project manager come from other office,like HK or MEL SYN

Organize in house team and outsource company working on same project or multiple project when needed.

Research on 3d arch visualization to optimize our work processes and quality.

Skills and Experience

Expert on 3dmax and vray rendering. Including modelling and rendering skill

Expert for photoshop arch visualization post effects skill.

Good 3dmax animation rendering and camera path setup skill

Basic After Effects editing and posting skill for output concept animation for competition project.(no need too much animation details skill)

Familiar with Shanghai local arch rendering outsource company in case for big outsource project

Keep team 3d rendering or animation finish in the right time as project needed, and know about multi-media work process,make sure all the rendering work fine with Multi-media editor.

Good oral and written English.

At least 4 years of architectural and landscape 3d visualization experience.

With academy of fine arts degree is more recommended
