Job duties:
Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, workshops and conferences;
Arrange and coordinate the planning and organization of business trips, itineraries and tickets;
Support in preparation of routine letters, reports an organizational memoranda;
Produce or translate variety of reports & presentations using appropriate software;
Close co-operation with sales team about business related matters;
Research data analysis, collaboration orders tracking; 
Other daily admin & HR supporting role

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above; 
2+yrs relevant work experience,working experience in a multinational company is an advantage;
Excellent written and oral English,IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of tasks; 
Attention to details, highly motivated;
