职位描述：
Major Areas of Accountability:
1. Perform work in accordance with the IIA audit standards and the MTS Internal Assurance Charter. Provide objective assessments and remain independent from the activities and individuals under audit. Maintain an open and transparent communication with Internal Assurance management.
2. Create and/or update audit test plans to obtain sufficient coverage over risk objectives. Ensure that test plans include steps which assess accuracy and timeliness of control performance as well as compliance with the company policies.
3. Perform audits to evaluate the existence, efficiency, design and operating effectiveness of internal control procedures to support management assertions. Prepare audit reports, findings and deficiency ratings. Communicate conclusions with Process Owners, local and Internal Assurance management.
4. Assist process owners with defining, documenting and tracking progress of remediation and action plans.
5. Assist process owners with maintaining process and control documentation in English and Chinese.
6. Partner with our business leaders and process owners to help them become more proficient in reducing risk and increase compliance in their respective businesses.
7. Participate on ad-hoc audits, investigations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related subjects required.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in an internal audit/risk consulting capacity. Experience can be in any industry segment, though manufacturing and/or public accounting experience preferred.
3. CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent certification preferred.
4. Solid understanding of internal controls and SOX 302/404 requirements.
5. Written and verbal fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin required. Japanese/Korean language skills preferred.
6. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Visio; Exposure to SAP system is preferred. 举报 分享
