职位描述：
1. 岗位职责：

1) 根据业务需求进行数学建模，设计并开发高效算法，并对模型及算法进行测试、实现、以及部署，解决实际业务问题。
2) 参与大数据分析、基于机器学习的大数据处理，数据挖掘算法的设计与开发。
3) 根据业务需求撰写技术文档。

2. 资格要求：

1) 计算机、数学等相关专业本科以上学历
2) 精通常用机器学习算法（如线性/逻辑回归、SVM、贝叶斯网络等），至少有实际建模两年以上经验。
3) 熟悉各种特征提取、数据降维等数据处理技术。
4) 熟悉至少一种编程语言（Scala，Java，Python），至少有两年以上算法开发经验。
5) 熟悉开源机器学习框架，至少有一年以上使用开源机器学习框架完成实际项目的经验。
6) 较好的英文文档阅读能力
7) 具有良好的团队合作能力，和团队的沟通能力
8) 热爱算法，愿意分享
9) 有深度学习经验者加分。
10) 有Spark分布式计算平台经验者优先。
11) 有机器学习在自然语言处理领域经验者优先。
12) 有统计学基础者优先
13) 有推荐系统经验者优先

1. Responsibility
？ According to the business requirements in terms of mathematical modeling, design and develop efficient algorithms, and the model and algorithm are testing, implementation, and deployment, solve real business problems.
？ Participate in big data analysis, the big data processing based on machine learning, data mining algorithm of design and development.
？ Write technical documents according to the needs of the business

2. Eligibility requirements
2.1 Hard requirements
2.1.1 Professional skills
？ Proficient in common machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear/logistic regression, SVM, bayesian networks, etc.), the practical modeling for more than two years experience at least.
？ Familiar with all kinds of feature extraction and data processing technology such as data dimension reduction.
？ Familiar with at least one programming language (Scala, Java, Python), at least two years experience in algorithm development.
？ Familiar with open source framework of machine learning, at least one years of using open source machine learning framework to complete the actual project experience.

？ Good English document reading ability

？ Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, mathematics, etc
