职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1. Full compliance with purchasing policies, practices and procedures, and company ethic
2. Purchasing releasing on time for assigned commodity
3. Follow-up activity with supply fulfillment for materials in charge such as shortage tracking
4. Ensure available / sufficient materials for production line
5. Closely work with material planning team on inventory control with proper delivery arrangement
6. Verify the invoice and handle the payment to the supplier.
7. Regular purchasing performance data analysis/reports
8. Regular supplier’s performance review (price, delivery, quality, lead time, service, etc.),
9. Leading new supplier introduction from evaluation, on-site audit to sample delivery till full qualification to AVL
10. Participate in regular supplier audit
11. Be the escalation point for other function on assigned commodity/supplier
12. Source, negotiate and recommend competitive supplier based on purchase requisition
13. Engage in new product introduction process by from RFI / RFP / RFQ to FAI completion in accordance with the project schedule.
14. Continue drive improvement on price, MOQ & lead time
15. Build up good working relationship with other team, and provide support to other team where required
16. Other duties as required

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree in Commercial, Engineering or other relevant field;
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing area in multinational company, prefer in electronic industry
3. Solid knowledge material procurement of BoM related items or Non-BOM related items
4. Good negotiation skill
5. Good team work player with ownership, be able to work in a multi-cultural environment
6. Good PC skill, especially Excel and PowerPoint
7. Knowledge and experience of MRP system
8. Active, Self-motivated and result oriented
9. Good English communication skill in both writing and speaking
