1. 材料或机械工程专业本科以上学历
2. 3-5年在汽车零部件行业的项目管理经验
3. 具备有关注塑模具、塑料和设计等汽车领域的知识
4. 具有良好的谈判、沟通技巧、团队精神及抗压能力
5. 英语或法语流利
岗位职责：
1. 负责项目的成本、进度及质量
2. 确保项目从启动至批量生产开发的顺利进行
3. 控制项目进度
4. 为达成开发目标提出改善意见
5. 定义并跟踪项目行动计划
6. 主持内部项目回顾和客户会议
7. 协调开发工作
8. 控制成本，技术决策以及项目进度
9. 管理产品/工艺的变更


Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree ，major in Mechanical or Polymer
2.3-5 years project management experience in automotive component
3.Knowledge in injection tools, plastics and design. Knowledge of automotive field
4.Excellent negotiation & communication skills, teamwork and resistant to the pressure.
5.Fluent English or French

Job Responsibility :
1.Responsible for the project in term of cost, leadtime, quality
2.Ensure good product development from Kick off to Mass production
3.Manage the project planning
4.Propose the means and improvements to achieve the targets
5.Define and lead Actions
6.Animate the internal project review and customer meeting
7.Coordinate the activities of development
8.Control the cost, technical decision and leadtime
9.Manage the modification of Product /Process
