职位描述：
Job Title: Manufacturing engineer
工作职位：机械制造工程师
Report to: Engineering and production manager
报告对象：工程和生产经理

Job Responsibilities:
1、 Provides timely on-floor support to production areas on a daily basis
及时提供生产线日常技术支持。
2、 Design and maintain SOP and jig & fixture; Define and maintain BOM, standard routing time
制定作业指导书和设计工装夹具，定义和维护BOM，工艺标准时间。
3、 Design and optimize the line layout and manufacturing processes
设计和优化产线布局和制造流程
4、 Be responsible for maintaining process documentation preparation and review, such as build report, process flowchart, process map, PFMEA, work instruction etc.
负责流程文档和审核，如开发报告，流程图，制程失效模式和影响分析，工作说明书等。
5、 Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as WIP reduction, OEE improvement, production yield improvement.
流程产能分析，持续改进和优化，如降低在制品，设备综合效率提升，产出良率改善。
6、 Process problem diagnosis and troubleshooting
生产过程问题诊断和故障排除。
7、 Online operator training for new assembly process /line
工人新生产线或流程培训。
8、 Work together with QE to solve the quality issues and customer complaints.
与质量工程师一起解决产线质量和客户抱怨问题。
   9、 Participate in new project transfer, support with technical skills and experience on manufacturing methods.
参与新项目转移，生产方法的技术和经验支持
  10、Requisition and participation in purchasing of equipment, tooling and production facilities；daily maintenance on jig & fixture and equipment.
申请和参与采购设备，模具和其他生产设施; 工装夹具和设备的日常维护。
  11、Be responsible for fire drill, EHS
负责消防演习，环境健康和安全。
12、 Mutual support with other engineers.
与其他工程师相互配合支持。
  13、Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
其他主管安排的任务。
Qualification:
要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Automation major;
机械或自动化专业毕业，本科或以上学历
2. 3 years above relevant experiences in manufacturing methods & process, with lean production experience would be a plus.
3年以上产线生产方法和流程经验, 懂精益生产者优先。
Skilled in Microsoft Office software; proficiency in use of AutoCAD and Solidworks software
能熟练使用office软件；精通AutoCAD, Solidworks软件的使用。
3. With knowledge and experience on electrical work, electronics, would be a plus
有一定的电工、电子知识和经验者优先。
4. High awareness of quality oriented, accountable， initiative and team work spirit;
有很强的质量意识，主动性，负责人和团队合作精神
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
有良好的沟通和人际交往能力
6. Good English will be a plus
