Overall responsibilities for Safety, Cost, Time, & Quality requirements of projects:

Manage project team to execute work according to applicable Project Execution Procedures and Standards.

Review & develop detailed project execution schedule.

Provide (or supervise) consulting and design services to internal and external customers

Review & approve engineering design at all disciplines by design group

Manage equipment suppliers & sub-contractors

Provide leadership during project construction, commissioning, and startup phases to ensure quality, time schedule and cost are within plans.

Maintain close working relationship with Clients’ project team.

Qualifications 任职资格

8+ years work experience, at least 5+ years work experience in Chemical, Petro-chemical, Pharmaceutical and Light Industry
Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures
Fluent speaking and writing in English
Have relevant discipline work experience and familiar with international standard/codes.
Experience in international engineering company or local China design institute work is a plus.
