JOB OBJECTIVES:

Operates controls and supervise the units of production line, including DCS operating, machine operating, loading and unloading, tank farm operating, analysing in Lab, utility operating and defined maintenance jobs in accordance with production procedure, production target, safety regulations, quality control target and supervisor’s instruction.
根据生产规程、生产目标、安全规程、质量控制指标和班长指令对生产线各单元实施操作、控制和监视，包括：DCS操作、设备操作、装卸料、罐区操作、实验室分析、公用工程操作和指定的维修工作。


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Fully understands and predominates operation procedure, EHS regulations and quality control procedure with respect to defined operation jobs of unit in process.
完全理解和掌握与指定工艺单元操作任务相关的操作规程，环境、健康和安全规程以及质量控制规程。
2. Ensures the smooth and safe running of committed unit in production line with strict follow-up of operation procedure production instructions and EHS regulations.
严格遵照操作规程、生产指令和环境、健康和安全规程，确保生产线指定单元的平稳和安全运行。
3. Monitors the running units closely and takes actions against any turbulence and failures happening in process promptly.
密切监视生产单元的运行，迅速采取对策以消除任何工艺波动和故障。
4. Commits the defined process checking, adjustment and cleaning of units periodically according to operation procedure, EHS regulations and instructions from shift supervisor/deputy shift supervisor.
按照操作规程、环境、健康和安全规程以及班长/副班长指令，实施指定的和定期的工艺检查、调整以及清理。
5. Closely cooperates with, communicates with and supports downstream and upstream units of production in reference to the status of process and according to the instructions from shift supervisor/ deputy shift supervisor.
根据工艺状态和班长/副班长指令，密切与上下游生产单元进行合作、沟通和进行支持。
6. Ensures making precise and timely records in logbook and in production control system for defined operating actions, maintenance activities, turbulence and failures in process, quality reports and parameters of process.
确保将规定的操作动作、维修动作、工艺波动、故障、质量报告和工艺参数准确和及时地记录在交接班日志以及生产控制系统上。
7. Keeps good house keeping in each production unit and handle with all waste material in accordance with EHS regulations strictly.
维持每一个生产单元的清洁和卫生，严格遵照环境、健康和安全规程处理废弃物。
8. Commits defined maintenance jobs on mechanical parts in production line. Supervises and cooperates with maintenance team during proceeding maintenance tasks in shift or in overhaul.
针对生产线上设备部件实施规定的维护和维修工作。在当班期间和大修期间与维修部配合并监督维修任务的执行。
9. Commits the defined sampling in process and analysing jobs in lab according to QM/QC procedure in cooperation with lab technician and lab engineer.
根据质量管理和质量控制规程，执行规定的工艺取样和实验室分析工作，并与实验室技术员和工程师进行合作。
10. Makes clear and comprehensive handover to next shift team regarding defined units for production status, loading and unloading, quality, troubleshooting and EHS issues.
就有关生产状况、装卸料、质量、故障处理及环境、健康和安全等事务给接班班组作全面和清楚的交接。


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Technical school or vocational school graduated, major in chemical or mechanical.
技术中专或职业学校毕业，专业为化工或机械。
2. Not less than 2 years experience in chemical plant.
不少于2年化工装置工作经验
3. Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing.
流利普通话交流和书写
4. Good learning ability for later continuous on-job learning tasks on process.
良好的学习能力以应对将来不断的在岗工艺学习任务
5. Stable and expecting on long-term jobs in BASF Company.
