Responsibilities
a. Monitor and develop suppliers to improve supplier performance and contribute to company quality and financial objectives,
b. Assist in supplier selection and sourcing decisions,
c. Identify supplier capability issues and implement improvement plans to achieve product quality within target time,
d. Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers,
e. Monitor and develop timing and output for new projects and engineering changes,
f. Other works assigned by the manager


Requirements:
a.Be familiar with APQP/PPAP/TS16949 etc, automotive accreditation standards,a variety of quality management tools,
b.Can get used to regular business trip around China and Asia region,
c.Proven ability in building and maintain customer, supplier, client relations
d.Project management experience
e.Ability to influence and negotiate in small to medium environments
f. have a good command of both English and Chinese language.
g.Bachelor degree or above, engineering based is preferred
