Field Application Engineer
CS Instruments (Shanghai) branch
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
- Service and support for customers in different ways (phone, live chat tool, E-mail, on-site support and etc.) and seek support from colleagues.
- On site support and repair when the failure can not be fixed remotely
- On site support for product installation and system set up
- Technical support and training for sales people and distributors
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
- Requires mechanics or electronics background
- Better have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or in a related area.
- Considerable knowledge of English for writing and speaking
- Good knowledge in PC
- Able to travel frequently
- Good communication skill
- Work as a team player

现场应用工程师

工作地点：上海

岗位职责：
- 通过各种方式（电话、及时聊天工具、电子邮件、现场支持等）为客户提供服务和支持，并向同事寻求帮助。
- 如果故障不能通过远程方式解决，前往现场进行支持和维修
- 为产品安装和组建系统提供现场技术支持
- 为销售人员和分销商提供技术支持和培训
- 其他相关工作及临时分配的任务

岗位需求：
- 需要机械和电子专业背景
- 最好在客户服务或相关领域有1-2年工作经验
- 能熟练使用英语进行读写
- 能熟练操作电脑
- 可以经常出差
- 良好的沟通技巧
- 良好的团队合作精神
