Key responsibilities:
Providing and implementing frameworks, processes and procedures to ensure consistent execution of the strategy in CEP
? Lead the delivery of HR Business Plan through optimal use of HR expertise and services, in order to meet the business priorities (Translate business needs/improvement areas into HR requirements.)
? Secure implementation of identified strategic HR activities.
? Communicate overall HR services and policies to management.
? Together with management team, initiate and drive HR Customer Projects.
? Secure and follow-up delivery of HR Center of Expertise services.
? Drive recruitment activities to meet requirements from each Dept.
? Advise and facilitate line managers by fostering effective communication, methods, tools, processes and policies in the following key HR focus areas:
(The focus within the key areas will vary depending on the business needs.)
? Development in the areas of organization, leadership, culture, competence and succession.
? Performance Management
? Resource Planning and staffing
? Personnel Administration
? Labor Affairs
? Accountable for HR deliverables according to CEP objectives and master plan (customer perspective).
? Member of BU Management Teams.
? Ensure workforce planning and support CEP in manpower planning to recruit and secure diverse talent supplies both internally and externally.
? Ensure recruitment approach is executed to give CEP competitive advantage in the market place (automotive and talent).
? Driving continuous improvement in the delivery of recruitment services and products to meet company requirements at lowest cost.
? Implement and optimize staffing related policies and processes, e.g. reports and data preparation.
? Offering specialist advice to HR and the business
? Operate according to company compliance standards, terms and instructions.
? Other designated tasks from the Senior HR manager.
Qualification:
? University Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
? Over 8 years of HR experience or 5 years of HRBP experience in manufacturing industry.
? Solid recruitment experience from an international company, auto industry as a plus.
? High level of understanding of all HR processes, channels and policies from the experience of working in an international environment.
? Extensive experience within HRBP, Resource Planning, Staffing, Organization & Competence Development.
? Knowledge and experience of change management tools, processes and its impact on organizations and individuals/teams.
? Strategic thinking, result oriented and accurate in all reports; Be energetic with cross cultural competence and can work under high pressure.
? High integrity, self-motivated and quick learner, be able to work as a team player and independently.
? Knowledge and experience of recognized coaching tools.
? Fluent in English both in oral and written.
? Excellent communication and coordination ability and interpersonal skills.
