工作职责:
1、 对本团队业务目标的达成承担部分责任；实施团队业绩达标工作计划；
2、 以客户为导向，重点负责大客户的维护和开发工作。进行创意行销，为客户提供新的思路和解决方案，协助客户创新；
3、 承担团队带头人角色，帮助员工了解企业文化，开展专业培训，帮助下属改善工作流程，提升工作绩效；
4、 承担有关该杂志内部跨部门的协调作用。负责编辑部和客户部的沟通，将编辑方面的信息及时传达给客户部的同事，并将客户关于内容方面的意见反馈给编辑部同事。
5、 搜集和整理该杂志整体推广所需的相关信息、资料，做出正式的文本进行内部培训以及向客户推荐。
6、 整理适合该杂志的客户列表，带领各团队的销售工作，对该杂志业绩的完成承担责任。
7、 协助活动推广，并带领部门完成一定的销售额


职位要求:
1 本科学历,具有一定的客户资源,5年以上媒体销售经验 ,2年以上团队带领经验
2 有亲和力,沟通能力强,抗压能力强
3 英语熟练

OVERVIEW
Our Group is a leading media company, aspiring to be a cultural information platform between the international arena and the greater China region, and is principally engaged in the publishing of, and the sale of advertising spaces in, “号外” (City Magazine) in Hong Kong and marketing and distribution of and the sale of advertising spaces in the PRC Magazines in the PRC.

Currently, our Group publishes “号外” (City Magazine), a magazine with a publication history of over 30 years, in Hong Kong and produces seven magazines in the PRC, namely “周末画报” (Modern Weekly), “优家画报” (U+ Weekly), “新视线” (The Outlook Magazine), “汽车生活” (Auto Life), “健康时尚” (LOHAS), “生活” (Life Magazine) and “大都市(男士/女士版)” (Metropolis/BIBA). Among the Magazines, “周末画报” (Modern Weekly) is the most successful publication in terms of the circulation volume. As one of a few leading nation-wide weekly magazines in the PRC, “周末画报” (Modern Weekly) has obtained a number of awards and recognitions from recognized organizations in the PRC. In April 2009, Guangzhou Modern Information was nominated as one of the candidates for 2008-2009年度中国十大最具投资合作价值传媒业公司 (China Media Product Operation and Management Forum 2009: Top 10 China Media Company Most Worth Investing and Cooperation in 2008 - 2009^*) granted by传媒杂志社 (Chuanmei Magazine Society^*) at 2009中国传媒业经营管理论坛(China Media Product Operation and Management Forum 2009^*).
