Required background:

1. Energetic, organized problem solver with positive can-do attitude.
2. >3 years experience in servicing customers, preferably in the electric appliances industry
3. Familiar with factories &retailers buying offices requirements & workflows
4.Fluent in English, French is appreciated


Responsibilities:

- Developing long term relationships with strategic customers, keeping them satisfied with our added value services
- Creating new services to make our customer's life even easier
- Solving problems when they arise to keep the accounts glad at all times
- Understanding the accounts &identifying their needs, researching the customer's markets
- Monthly sales & forecasts reporting
