职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Testing and repairing tables by travelling to the location of the customer.
2. Providing troubleshooting as well as performing installation of tables.
3. Attending to the needs of the customer whenever required.
4. Performing the confirmation that the table is functional.
5. Sometimes they have to provide telephone support to the customer in order to perform troubleshooting.
6. Providing onsite services for individual as well as organizations.
7. Ensuring that the table on which they have performed troubleshooting are in proper working condition.

Requirements:
1. Technical/Mechanical or similar background.
2. Familiar with 2D drawings; Familiar with 3D programs like Solidworks is preferred.
3. Fluent speaking and writing in both English and Chinese.
4. Able to work with initiatives, independently and under pressures.
5. Good communication skills and customer service awareness, good team-player.
6. Ability to travel long distances and willing to travel; Experienced traveler is preferred.
7. Strong computer skills.
