职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

? Deliver company’s yearly training calendar (shared responsibilities) 60%
o Develop yearly training calendar per learning needs analysis (LNA) result and execute accordingly
o Scope covers generic training, leadership training, new employee orientation and other company specific training per business needs in all sites
o Implement and continue to improve training related processes and procedures
o Meet or exceed the training related KPIs, including but not limited to attendance and participant satisfaction rate
o Act as local owner of training related system and portals
? Support the Volvo Car Academy APAC operations 35%
o Run New Employee Orientation program on monthly basis
o Run and continue to improve lunch learning program
o Manage other learning activities per request
o Establish and maintain VCA APAC learning platform
o Participate in the global Volvo Car Academy Network
o Act as local learning specialist to support business with competence development needs
o Initiate learning projects to fulfil business needs and support Volvo Cars to become learning organization
? Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above received from a reputable university
? Five to eight-year experience in training area
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English, MS-office programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web technologies for internal communication and training delivery
? Highly organized and detail-oriented
? Flexibility to manage several tasks at the same time according to business / team structure needs
? Experience in corporate university, academic program and/or training consultancy is a strong plus
? Experience in course delivery is a strong plus
? Project management experience preferred
? Ability to work under high pressure
? Adaptability to changing environment and uncertainty
