职位描述：
Responsibilities:

- Work with Senior client stake-holders, understand business strategy and business development plan
- Perform IT capability evaluations and provide suitable improvement suggestions for IT development.
- Lead to design application architecture blueprint / data architecture blueprint / technology and infrastructure architecture blueprint
- Manage the team and work plan to deliver project on time, on budget
- Define business and technical requirements for system design and implementation
- Develop design document based on business requirement for banking system
- Provide gap/bench mark analysis on banking systems practices to client
- Ensuring work in progress is monitored and controlled and fees are raised promptly
- Planning and allocating staff resources to fulfill business requirements
- Setting objectives with the team, providing support and coaching to more junior staff

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5-8 years’ experience in any of application architecture, technology and infrastructure architecture
- Experience with IT strategy planning and transformation consulting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior client business and IT executives on technology decisions
- Distinct customer focus and quality mindset
- Ability to manage own learning and contribute to functional knowledge building
- Ability to work both independently and in various team settings
- Solid Knowledge of reusable financing software system and requirement analysis;
