职位描述：
Senior Technical Engineer working independent for projects, leading and develop a team with focus on modular structures. Quality related topics are undertaken in this function as well
作为高级技术工程师，需独立完成技术部工作项目，建立并带领团队专注于模块结构上，并同时承担相关的质量管理工作。


Responsibility 工作职责：
一、Management 部门管理
1. Communication 沟通
    1）Lead communication internal and external to summarize technical information, communicate problems and other related topics to keep all parties involved updated 带领团队进行内外部技术资料信息的汇总和整理，并将及时更新的技术信息传达给所有相关人员。
    2）Support project team in technical issues, internal and external when talking to supplier or clients 配合及协助项目部人员，处理对内对外的技术问题，包括解决面向供应商和客户的任何技术难题和疑问
    3）Deputy of Head of Technical department. Attend weekly meeting, distribute work to technical team members 协助技术部负责人参与每周例会，善于指导和分配技术部团队的工作
2. Preparation of documents 文件编制职责
3. Prepare and hold meetings with contractors 准备并主持与承包商项目技术会议

二、Technical management specific tasks技术部工作职责
1. Handle internal project organization技术部内部各项目任务的实施、协调与组织
2. Prepare proposal (engineering quotations) acc. to information given by PM, independent and in required time. 根据项目经理提供的信息，独立按时完成技术服务报价
3. Having the ability to explain design team actual problems to let them develop solutions in time. Being able to understand design requirements and develop technical drawings accordingly.善于与设计部沟通设计上的不合理问题，及时改善和解决问题。理解并根据设计的需求，深化技术图纸。
4. Support project team when asking suppliers for quotation (if applicable).配合项目团队，向供应商询价
5. Prepare technical content for PO’s acc. to project requirements and check items delivered will match the requirements 根据项目需求设定采购物料技术参数要求，并检查到货物料是否符合要求
6. Having the ability to understand and read drawings and provide a basic understanding for materials. Participate as Team Member or Leader for a Interior/Exterior design reviews 作为项目的一员或项目领导，参与室内／室外设计方案谈论，并运用对材料的认知，提供专业建议

Job Requirement 任职资格：
1. Dual language required (Chinese and English) 能在双语（英汉）的环境下工作
2. Experience: Modular Construction with focus on mechanical background. Container structures, Steel structures, MEP systems 具有集装箱建造知识（包括集装箱结构，钢结构，机电知识）及机械制造专业背景
3. Education: Relevant major in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Steel Structure 具有相关建筑专业教育背景（包括但不限于建筑学，土木工程，结构工程等）
4. Analytical skills – able to analyze data, in particular to support project management. Understanding for materials and construction/decoration sequences 分析能力，包括信息的收集与分析，材料的认知及应用能力，土建及装饰装修施工工序，用于完善项目管理工作，
5. Be good at technical presentation, be able to do the technical presentation calmly to the International customers 能制作技术报告及演示文稿，能向国际客户从容地进行技术演示和呈现 举报 分享
