MESC(上海卓制商务咨询有限公司 www.chinamesc.com) is now working in a international project with Pragma International (http://www.pragmaworld.net ).On behalf of Pragma, we are recruiting following positions.

Pragma has a fully fledged asset management program, based on an asset management methodology supported by business processes, best practices and standards. What’s more, Pragma participates in formulating ISO55000 which is being prepared and will be issued in 2014.

Improving the performance of physical assets through the delivery of the ACC Service （基于软件的资产管理体系，为客户提供资产管理服务。）. To assist ACC clients to continuously improve the performance of their assets through the implementation of world class asset management best practices, processes, systems and techniques; transferring knowledge and skills, and building the internal capability of our ACC’s to implement and sustain asset management improvement initiatives that will deliver bottom-line results at our clients. The main responsibility of this position is to deliver value as an Asset Management Specialist to our clients through sustainable change based on increased asset management maturity in the relevant AMIP (Asset Management Improvement Planning) key performance areas.

Requirements

- Engineering Diploma;

- 3-5 years of manufacturing industry or maintenance related experience;

- Be willing to work in Hohhot for 2-3 years;

- Fluent English both in oral and written;

- Background in maintenance plans;

- Understand maintenance and business expectation

- Communication and influencing skill is very important for this position;

- Dairy industry related experience is preferred.

特别提醒：此岗位对英文要求高！需要长期和外籍资深工程师和咨询顾问一起工作。至少需签订3年合同，其中包括1个月的海外培训，前18个月需在呼和浩特跟进项目，后18个月则需出差全国指导和管理他人工作。

Notice: This position has high requirement on English. To work with foreign Senior Engineers and consultants for a long time is required. The success candidate will become the employee of Pragma China as well as the leader who uses the ACC to provide asset management solutions in China, and we will provide a competitive salary and benefits. All the above position should commit a minimum 3 years contract, including 1 months oversea training, 18 months project delivery coached by Pragma Senior Engineers in Hohhot, and another 18 months projects with frequent traveling all over China.
