Responsibilities:
Handle internal documents and process work, support legal managers
1. Daily contract review
2. Legal documents draft, record and filling as per managing workflow
3. Company licenses & certificate management
4. Company registration information maintain
5. Translate internal legal documents
6. Legal case support
7. Other work as per department require

Qualifications:
1. Patient and careful attitude and responsibility for daily work.
2. Good documents record and management ability.
3. Good English reading & written ability.
4. Good planning and analytical skills, able to work independently.
5. PRC Legal profession qualification is preferred.
6. Law degree, or Administrative secretary degree
