Job Description:
DRP Planning
1.create firmed production plan within planning time fence based on demand signals
2.utilize DRP/MIMI program to efficiently optimize material replenishments thru daily model run/publishing
3.control exception messages to continuously improve schedule
4.review daily DRP/MIMI reports to identify inventory and/or order issues
5.communicate/prioritize replenishments/orders thru communication with production management, asset planning and customer service
6.be the main contact point for assigned materials globally that require exception management, requested delivery date improvement, delay alerts at receiving plants and conflict resolution communication with product management

Inventory Planning
1.schedule in accordance with inventory targets, internal service requirements and operational limitations
2.execute excess inventory and out-of-spec inventory reduction, contribute to meet inventory targets
3.propose updated safety stock requirements based on demand, supply and capacity

Compliance
1.work safely, maintain safe working environment and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
2.support and comply with quality / safety management system and regulatory compliance

Others
1.continuous optimization of existing schedule to improve service for both external and internal customers
2.provide on-time service to meet both external and internal requirements
work closely with operations team to optimize production plan, manage and maintain master data.




Requirements/Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience
2.Minimum 4 years relevant experience in production planning, inventory management or similar positions
3.Have knowledge in Sales & Operations Planning, Material Requirements Planning and scheduling
4.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, international, multicultural team environment
5.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English

7.Demonstrate strong organization skills, committed with passion, detail-oriented with continuous improvement and customer mindset
