Scope of the role
? Be familiar with major search engine ranking system. Be aware of main elements which would link to the rank
? In charge of SEO for client’s websites,optimize the rank of website key words,raise the traffic and visit of the websites.
? Know how to do SEO with major search engine, including in/out-site optimization.
? Know multiple ways to make out-site link. Amylase websites problem and optimize it in order to get a higher rank.
? Be familiar with different SEO campaign solutions, be able to tell the difference of different keywords ranking.
? Be capable of pick suitable key words to optimize whole website according to different requests.
? Be able to pick long keywords, improve the included quantity of search engine.
? Good at data analysis, be able to analysis related data regularly.
? Know how to exchange traffic, data and reverse link with the third party websites. Cooperate with different alliance to increase the flow and visibility.

工作内容 ：
1.负责网站整体优化，提升网站关键词优化排名，提高网站交易量、访客量
2.熟悉目前主要搜索引擎的搜索排名原理，熟悉影响关键词排名的主要因素
3. 精通各类搜索引擎的优化，包括站内优化、站外优化等
4.了解多种外链建设的方式，能诊断分析网站存在的问题，并能拓展外部链接以求提高排名
5.精通各种 SEO 推广手段，并在搜索引擎上的关键词排名给予显示
7.根据具体业务，选择核心关键词，针对核心关键词做全站优化
9. 能够 选择长尾关键词，提高搜索引擎的收录量
10.有较强的数据分析能力，能定期对相关数据进行有效分析
11.了解如何将网站交易量，数据转换到第三方网站。与各种合作伙伴合作从而提高网站浏览量

岗位要求 ：
1. 至少两年数字营销或国际营销有关经验
2. 有管理各种数字渠道经验，特别是SEO / SEM (PPC Campaign) / Content Marketing / Baidu platforms
3. 懂得各种搜索引擎相关知识
4. 工作积极主动，可同时进行多项任务
