Administration Supervisor
Responsibilities
1.Assign and monitor administrative responsibilities and tasks among office staff;
2.Allocation of resources to enable task performance;
3.Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency;
4.Coach and discipline office staff;
5.Design and implement office policies and procedures; ensure the policies and procedures are being adhered to; as well update if any change needed to improve operational efficiency;
6.Administration related annual plan and budget planning;
7.Monitor and maintain office supplies i.e. stationery, water, tea, coffee etc. to ensure a safe and secure working environment;
8.Plan, organize and implement customer visiting handling and company event;
9.Manage logistic service provide including but not limited to shuttle bus, car pool of management team, canteen, expatriate house rental, meeting room management, etc.;
10.Implement standards as defined by HSE are maintained as it relates to safety and housekeeping of the office operation;
11.Other tasks as defined in related company procedure or assigned by the direct supervisor.
Profile of Candidate
1.Bachelor's degree or above, Business Management or English major preferred.
2.At least 8 years’ experience related to administration, supervisory experience will be a plus.
3.Good command of Microsoft Office.
4.Good English both written and oral.
5.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
6.Strong sense of responsibility and detail orientated.
