职位描述：
Objective:

Guarantee the business objectives achievement through shops design, store planning and suppliers coordination.

Responsibilities:

- To design the layout of Geox’s and Geox Retailers’s stores, showrooms and factory outlets meeting the criteria of functionality, aesthetics and corporate image.

- To transfer detailed instructions to external suppliers in order to develop full set submission drawings. Review complete set of drawings and go through design submission phases;

- To plan and overview shops opening according with overall China openings roll-out;

- To check vendors quotations respect projects requirements and overview supply\works development on site if needed to ensure corporate standard quality of details, finishing and materials;

Requirements:

- At least 3-4 years working experience for retail fashion brand; Experience working with diverse European/Asian/Pacific cultures is desirable; Knowledge of millwork standards, details and construction is desirable;

- Ability to work independently (reporting to line manager) and efficiently on overlapping and concurrent projects, and coordinating with different suppliers, contractors and external consultants;

- Highly organized with good managerial, communication, detail-oriented, strong analytical and multi-tasking skills; solid experience in project management;

- Ability to identify issues, tackle problems and create solutions;

- Ability to travel and work regionally and internationally;

- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin;

- Skillful in MS Office (excel, word, power point);

- Autodesk Autocad (2D) is mandatory &
