职位描述：
Job Description:

?Upon receipt of BOM list from PM, double check BOM list to ensure order will be released to suppliers properly and timely, meantime carbon copy to accounting dept. for down payment arrangement and reference.
?Create folder by order# and keep all relative information saved
?Key contact between OEM factories and US office for order management and smooth operation.
?Share GPA order information, shipping schedule with vendor for production line set up
?Build up strong relationship with suppliers by monitoring their production schedule and lead time closely to ensure timely arrival of raw materials.
?Chase suppliers in case of late arrival or shortage of raw materials.
?Seafreight/Airfreight rate inquiry and comparison for cost effectiveness. Secure space with forwarder and submit S/I before cut-off. Liaise with broker for timely Trucking and Customs clearance arrangement.
?Filling up daily capacity spreadsheet to better control delivery status and work with vendor to meet 100% on-time delivery. Pro-actively alert for any irregularity that may jeopardize ship date during operation, take immediate action to avoid and decrease potential risk of late shipment.
?Shipping document preparation within ETD + 5 days. Telex Release arrangement within ETD + 7 days.
?POD submitted to accounting dept. after 24 hours of cargo delivery for timely billing to customer
?File closed in good order after payment settled in timely manner.


Equirements:

?good command of oral and writen english
?familiar with the international trading process
?above three years relative work experience
?good sense of customer service
?good sanse of team worker
?good communication skills
?familiar with the print/packaging/chandlery product
