职位描述：
Looking for a results-oriented leader with experience preferably as a manager working with medical devices.As the Office leader, you will direct and supervise the internal operations of the site, including management of the team members. You will partner with these associates to execute strategies to further the site’s growth and profitability while providing quality service to other Nubenco sites.

Job Summary
Provides leadership and direction to the Shanghai site with a strong focus on Product Quality and Shipping Logistics.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
? Provides day to day leadership and direction to the organizationto achieve competitive advantage for Nubenco partners. Collaborates with the site team to create a customer focused culture.

? Utilize knowledge of Medical Device Manufacturing and Quality testing to expand/improve our in house sample testing process. Document all testing, report results and work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
? Tracks and analyzes orders placed and the logistics scheduling function with our 3PL partner to minimize local transportation costs.

? Developing site team by providing ongoing training and development and by giving specific and constructive feedback to foster development of skills.

? Participating in the selection process determining personnel needs to ensure coverage on all jobs and that site obligations are met.


Expected Areas of Competence
? Site ownership and leadership.
? Medical Device Manufacturing and Test. Supplier Quality and feedback.
? Logistics support for our 3PL partner.
? Consistent management of site status, vendor performance,and process changes.
? Solid Decision making capability.
? Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Proven ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and succinct manner – both in writing and verbally. Converts ideas into successful programs.

Qualifications:

? The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in management, or related field, or demonstrate capability via an equivalent combination of education and experience.

? A minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record in Quality management or Logistics is required.

? Previous experience in the following areas: Medical Devices, Logistics and Quality testing.

? Related industry knowledge is required

? Ability to effectively lead people and build a high performing team, being adaptable, and facilitate ongoing development is key.

? Possessing a high business acumen, strong decision making skills and a strong customer focus is vital.

? General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office is also required.
