About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a high impact People Service Manager to join our team. As a result of continuing business growth and an ambitious people strategy, ARM is looking for an experienced People Service Manager to provide professional HR support to ARM APAC teams, enabling the business to achieve its operational and long-term objectives.

The People Service Manager will report to the Director, Asia People Services. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated, organized and efficient person who is able to multi-task, priorities and rise to a challenge in a fast-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will be an active member of the local management team, representing the HR function to shape the ongoing development of the HR agenda, working collaboratively with the centers of excellence to enable best in class service

Key Accountabilities

Knowledge of human resources, with an expertise in multiple functional areas (compensation, benefits, employee relations, case management, employment law, performance management, engagement, action planning, etc.)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong ability to influence and persuade others
Successfully influence at all levels within the organization while being particularly effective at coaching others
Self-starter able to work from own initiative with sound judgement and decision making
Provide leadership and execution in organizational development, change management, workforce planning and performance management
Strong project management skills, including prioritization, implementation and feedback analysis.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to tailor the presentation based on the audience.
Think strategically and creatively, with Global business mind-set
Apply innovation to solutions, adapting new approaches
High degree of business acumen, excellent customer focus and result orientation
Confident with metrics & numerate

Required Knowledge and Experience

Ideally Educated to degree level.

Demonstrate the emotional astuteness to adapt to different styles and possesses the mental agility to manage the complexity that working within a matrix structure can present.
Excellent communicator, capable of coaching and delivering concise and compelling messages to the audiences at all levels.
Ability to influence others and navigate organizational politics, coupled with a high degree of personal resilience and self-confidence.
Demonstrate passion for leading change with a strong proof of delivery in this area. Willingness to challenge the status quo.
High levels of drive and energy, with a genuine passion for delivering success.
