Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate day-to-day human resources activities such as recruitment & selection and employee relations which are relevant to the responsible business area to ensure they are within operating policies and procedures and to recommend any cost-effective or efficient actions for sustained profitability.
2. Coordinate and assist in the annual human resources planning process according to guidelines and schedules
3. Work closely with managers on performance management issues and ensure compliance with legislative requirements and minimize grievances
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective rewards and recognition programs in alignment with global and regional guidelines
5. Provide and interpret human resources data to provide management information on turnover, headcount, compensation information, organizational statistics, etc
6. Manage the successful delivery of human resources projects according to project schedule and budgets
7. Analyze and recommend appropriate human resources processes / activities considering the business implications, cost and consistency with current and future business directions.
8. Oversee the staff training activities from devising annual training plan, programs design, delivery and evaluation
9. Prepare training materials and deliver training programs
10. Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs
11. Promote inter-departmental and inter-divisional communications and teamwork
Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Fluent in Chinese and English
2. 5 years of human resources working experiences especially with training and organizational development exposure
3. University degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration.
4. Must be a team player with great problem solving skills, positive, proactive and adaptable to a fast paced environment.
5. Very organised.
6. Effective communicator
7. Good computer skills in MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, knowledge in Mac will be an advantage
8. Strong under pressure and willing to work overtime.
