JOB SUMMARY

Lead and coordinate Customer Service, Planning and Logistics teams to meet the operation goals.
Balance the cost and service level, manage operation team to be the strong back side of Sales team.
Maintaining the best level of client satisfaction
Pushing the implementation of championship sales
Maintaining excellent relationship with sales team while holding them accountable
Ensuring all sales employees are dedicated to our values and concepts and ensure sales and growth targets are met or exceeded.
Maintaining the quality management system

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrate the operational process and system operation based on the best practice, build the systematic structure to support business needs.
Set up the operation team KPI, guild, follow up and review the progress.
Work with Finance team to control Account Receivable, pre-alert any possible bad debt.
Cooperate with factories based on One PEER philosophy; harmonize sales, inventory and production, and raise the customer satisfaction rate.
Manage the inventory of China Sales effectively.
Maintain and improve the Pricing system China Sales
Push the QMS establishment and implementation
Monitoring and measure the performance of China Sales
Drive the planning& implementation of activities to achieve BP
Participate in develop the annual business plan and long term Strategic plan
Direct the team to deal with emergency cases.
Coach and develop operation team members.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in management, logistics, Economics or related major
Rich knowledge of business controlling, customer service, planning and logistics
Sound financial knowledge and understand financial reports
Efficient communication and persuasion skills
Good at problem solving and project management
Competent written and spoken English
Over 5 years working experience in business controlling, customer service, planning or logistic fields in manufacturing environment
People management experience
