职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
?Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team and Business Manager on recruitment needs, talent matching and offering process
?Prepare the monthly HC report and support on the yearly HC forecast
?Track the monthly turnover and provide the leaving analysis and trend report

Performance Management:
?Follow up target setting, performance feedback and review process and annual calibration meeting(s) by department levels
?Provide the advice and feedback to the managers on the performance management and improvement
?Support on the handling of employee relation cases.

Talent Development:
?Analyse training needs based on the business plan and cooperate with Talent Management Team to implement accordingly by working closely with business manager.
?Take the role of internal communication to ensure employees’ awareness and understanding of the update from company, such as employee engagement survey, update of HR relevant policies etc.
?Identify the talent needs from business perspective and take the relevant initiatives on talent retention and development program
?Support on the succession plan review and follow-up incl. people review, tracking and assist the actions planned

Compensation & Benefit:
?Lead the annual merit review and STI (Short-term Incentive) process
?Lead the functions to establish and implement functional Job Architecture incl. Job Matrix, Competency Requirement by different career ladder etc. to support on the employees’ career development
?Provide the feedback and suggestions for promotion case based on the Job Architecture and position competency criteria

Others:
?Work with functional management team to address root causes by facilitating People Development Committee, GPS workshops and management off-site meetings etc.
Qualification:
?5-8 years HR experiences in HR Generalist, training or learning & development field
?Experienced in manufacture industry is a plus
?Solid Knowledge of Labour Contract Law
?Bachelor's degree or above
?Fluent in both verbal and written English
?Understanding of Supply Chain
